Detroit - One of the most underrated prospects in the city of Detroit has found a home for at least her first year of college. Dalyn Henderson of Renaissance made it official, announcing that she will spend one year in a Junior college. Henderson, was a standout and veteran presence on a very young Renaissance team this, and was considered to be a Ms. PSL finalist along with her 1 Nation teammate Vantane Garrett.
"NDSCS stuck with me from the beginning, and they've been honest. I love the coaches it's a really good programs." Dalyn told me following her commitment. Henderson had some division 1 interest but felt that it was important to not settle. "The last thing that I wanted to do was settle with a school choice, so they proved to me that picking them as my JUCO will get me to the level I deserve to play at"
The 5'9 combo forward plans to spend one season in North Dakota with the Wildcats
