The sophomore point guard from Williamston High School has proven to be an elite talent. She has all the tools to be an exceptional player, not just in high school, but at the next level as well.
Lewis has all the prototypical skills of a point guard combined with the new age skills of a superb lead guard. She is exceptional on the defensive end, having the potential to be a lockdown defender. Lewis is a very strong 3-point shooter. She shoots at a high percentage and recognizes a good shot when she sees it. Lewis is a great distributor. Her passes are strong and on target. Lewis is currently working to improve her ability to create shots for herself.

Kenzie Lewis will be hard at work improving her game this spring and summer. She has NCAA evaluation tournaments in Atlanta, Chicago, and Saline. Lewis will be working with her personal trainer and will spend countless hours in the gym with her Dad and brother. Coaches at the next level could see a big improvement by the end of the summer.
Lewis wants to get bigger, faster, and stronger. Her goals include improving her shot (specifically developing a superb mid-range jumper) and learning to use her length better on the offensive end.
On and off the court, Kenzie Lewis has set goals for herself. She wants to take her high school team as far as possible in the next two years and be her schools all time assist leader. Lewis also wants to receive as many offers as possible so that she is able to find the best fit. She wants to “find the perfect school that fits both my athletics and academics.” Lewis is looking to graduate from high school with a 4.0 GPA and begin to narrow down her career choices.
Kenzie Lewis’ recruitment is at its early stages. With two more years, she has the opportunity to grow and expand her game even more. Lewis has the work ethic and knowledge of the game needed to see that improvement. Coaches at the next level will want to follow her progression, as her list of offers continues to grow.
