Margaret Groux (photo credit fauquier.com)Margaret is great in transition, she used her length repeatedly to deflect passes and create steals where she was able to start and finish the break. She has pretty good outside shot and showed good footwork in traffic.
Beanie Lundu – 6’7″ – Center – Capital Christian Academy – 2022
Beanie LunduShe is just a freshman but Beanie at 6’7″ is already changing the game by blocking and altering shots. She is agile and runs the floor with the guards. Nashae made some nice plays in the lane. She attacked well from the mid range and was able to finish after contact. Coppin Academy played both their games pretty early so many people missed them, however, Nyshae is worth making a special trip to see.
Laila Jewett – 5’10” – Wing – Bishop Ireton – 2021
