Let’s take a look at the PGH All-Ohio teams for the Class of 2020.
Player of the Year:

Destiny Leo (pictured above) – who recently committed to Cleveland State – was the only member of the Class of 2020 named to the OPSWA DI All-Ohio 1st Team this winter. A dynamic scorer at 29.4 PPG for the year, Destiny scored her 1000th career point in December and also added nearly 9 rebounds per contest. She led her team to the regional finals, as Eastlake North finished with a sterling record of 25-2.

Casey, whose sister Carly scored more points than any other player for the Ohio State Buckeyes this year, has a knack for scoring the basketball in her own right. At 21.9 PPG this winter, the dynamic Santoro led her Bellevue team to the regional finals – where they were knocked off by the state champions, Toledo Rogers. Santoro is a Kent State commit who was named to the DII OPSWA All-Ohio First Team.
Alexia Smith – 5’8 Guard – Columbus Africentric
Smith was the perfect combo-guard to play alongside Tennessee recruit Jordan Horston. An outstanding scorer of the basketball with premier athleticism, Smith helped lead the Lady Nubians to their 2nd straight Ohio DIII state championship. A 1st Team DIII All-Central district selection, Smith played her best in big games, including 19 points against Berlin Hiland in the state semi-finals and 19 points against Dublin Coffman in an early-season route.

Westbeld averaged just under 16 PPG to go with 10.4 RPG this season for Fairmont. She was named Honorable Mention All-Ohio D1 by the OPSWA.
