WICHITA, Kan. — The Kansas 6A state championships saw a host of young players make a name for themselves on the biggest stage in Wichita.

Here, Prep Hoops takes a look at several sophomores who raised their profile in the state championships in Wichita.

11-Kylie Dunn, 5’8, G, 2021, Shawnee Mission NW

Dunn is a strong and physical two-way player who earns her stripes by staying active and on the move. She moves well off the ball and sets screens and looks to cut and run the baseline. She can handle the ball when she needs to and can help break a press and push the ball ahead. She also can get hot from behind the 3-point line as she can find her shot when she has the ball.

25-Ja’Neysha Hendricks, 5’6, G, 2
