Not only quick but also fast. Quick and can easily be light on her feet to adjust to the opponents movements. She is also fast to sprint in front to with an ability to cut off the defender or even position quick enough to take a clean charge.
#10 Kayla Jones, Senior, 5’6, Guard, El Reno
Good defender that stays low on defense. She is great at shifting her feet to make the offense go the opposite direction, making her great at keeping the defense on one side of the court.
#5 Kiera Neal, Senior, 5’11, Forward/Guard, Edmond Santa Fe
Long defender with a great jumping ability. She is fast on her feet to beat her man to the spot allowing for blocked shots on the move and off of two feet. She can guard multiple positions on the floor because of her length and quickness which helps her get steals.

Everywhere on the court in the terms of defense and that is meant in the most positive way ever! Blocked shots, forces off balanced shots, plays in the passing lane, steals the ball, forces turnovers, she is the model defense player.
#23 Curtiera Haywood, Senior, 6’2, Forward, Mustang
Tall but quick defender that is capable to guard any position on the floor. Due to her height, she is able to guard big men, but due to her quickness and athleticism, she can guard perimeter players as well. Aside from techniques and ability, she puts a lot of effort and works hard on defense which is often seen in to aid her in her rebound skill as well.
