Tip 1: Complete Full Roster
Be sure to give information on the player for any type of event you go to that ask for your team information. Always give the most complete amount of information needed for the players. Unless the coach is extremely interested in the player, many will not take the extra step to get necessary contact information for the player. Examples are included below.

Tip 2: Include Coach Contact
At the very least, any of the examples listed in “Poor Examples” should be avoided. Online information is understandable in order to provide generic information. On the other hand, every tournament that ask for information for your team, should include complete information. Due to age of your team, there are times where total information is not needed. In that case, please do not forget to include the coaches information. Especially in regards to teams that are under the legal recruiting age, it’s even more vital to include coaches contact information so college coaches can contact you. Include Team Name, Coach First and Last Name, E-Mail, Phone Number.
