#1 Senya Rabouin 5’5 G Shadow Mountain
Senya Rabouin comes in as the top guard in the class of 2020. She had a terrific season which ended in a State Championship for her and her teammates at Shadow Mountain. Senya is a huge part of what they are able to do on the court. She can push the pace, hit open teammates, and score the ball. She has so many intangibles that I think put her at #1. This season, she averaged 18 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, and 6 steals per game.
#2 Victoria Davis 5’5 G Hamilton
Coming in at the #2 spot, we have Victoria Davis from Hamilton High School. Davis is a lot like Senya Rabouin, in terms of their play style. Davis also does a little bit of everything but she scores a bit less than Senya, which is why she is here at the #2 spot. This season, she averaged 11 points, 3 assists, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals per game.
#3 Miracle Brown-Jeter 5’6 G ALA-Ironwood
Next up we have Miracle Brown-Jeter coming in at #3. Brown-Jeter is absolutely working everybody in 3A! She has almost video game like numbers but her team success is why she comes in at #3. She averaged 24 points, 7 assists, 10 rebounds, 7 steals, and 2 blocks per game this season. That’s a ridiculous stat line but she is playing in 3A and her team finished the year 7-11. If Brown-Jeter was putting up these type of numbers in a bigger conference or while winning a lot of games in 3A, she would be considered more highly.
#4 Shelby Yocum 5’8 G Ray
Much like Brown-Jeter, Yocum is putting up some ridiculous numbers but the smaller conference of 1A hurts her a bit from being considered from being higher. Yocum averaged 23 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals, and 1 block per game this season.
#5 Anna Ostlie 5’8 G Chaparral
Anna Ostlie is on the complete opposite side of the spectrum in terms of conference size, playing in 6A. This made ranking 3-5 very tough because of the conference size difference. In the end I decided to place Ostlie at #5 but I think she will quickly move up into the top 3 very soon. This season, she averaged 18 points, 4 assists, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals per game.
