After a whole month of some high intensity AAU ball, we thought it was time for the rankings to get a much needed touch up. You will see some players make their debut on the list, some players greatly rise, and some players consequentially fall. I would like to update our rankings every month to keep a more accurate and comprehensive ranking. Here are the biggest movers and shakers in the class of 2022 for the forward position.
#11 Overall Brianna Sealy 5’10 F Marana (Previous Ranking: 15)
Sealy has really good size for a freshman, standing at 5’10. She is a really promising forward, who nearly averaged a double double in her freshman season. Her high school production and performance throughout this summer is what raises her on the list. I think she could really be a interesting prospect as she progresses throughout her basketball career and continues to grow.
#12 Kadie Healy 5’10 F Sabino (Previous Ranking: 16)
Kadie Healy really impressed me at the Main Event. Much like Sealy, Healy also has really good size for a freshman forward. I think she is a little bit more versatile, having the capability to handle the ball a little. However, I would need to see more production before putting her any higher on our ranking. For now, I think the 12 spot is the perfect spot for her, giving her room to grow as she progresses through high school.
