I snuck out of the office early last Friday to grab a good seat for the opening match-up of the Lake Slam, an intriguing battle between sophomore Jenna Guyer of Fury 2021 Yellow and freshman Nia Holloway of DTA Academy 2022 that was sure to be worth the price of admission. Unfortunately, Holloway was off winning track medals and Guyer ran roughshod over the favored DTA squad. Jenna scored 20 first-half points, a dominant performance that saw her score with her left hand, her right hand, in transition and with the jump shot.
