Lauren Betts 6’7 2022 C (CO Premier EYBL 17u)
Lauren Betts looked like the best college prospect of the entire tournament, due to her size and skill. She stands at 6’7 and has the skill to match. She moves up and down the court easily and turns away a lot of shots on defense. Her games drew in a lot of college coaches to watch her.
Addison O’Grady 6’4 2021 F (CO Premier EYBL 17u)
Addison O’Grady and Lauren Betts make up a tremendous front court for CO Premier. Addison has really good height and also really good strength. She can easily out muscle her opponents on both ends of the floor. Her and Betts racked up a lot of boards and low post points.
Gabrielle Schwartz 6’1 2021 F (AZ Swish 17u)
Gabrielle Schwartz might be one of my favorite prospects to watch because of how hard she plays! She will always earn a tip of the cap in my book. Schwartz can do a little bit of everything but thrives as a rebounding/defending big. Although, she has the capability to rip and attack from the basline/wing.
Bridget Mullings 6’2 2021 F (AZ Select 17u GUAA)
Really liked what I saw from Mullings this weekend. She is an absolute animal on the boards and plays with such tenacity. She is really good at bullying her defender down under the basket and getting a quick lay up. She is also a very solid defender, being quick enough to hang on the perimeter and tall enough to turn away shots down low.
Anabelle Spotts 5’10 2024 F (Mamba Sports Academy 15u)
Anabelle Spotts has so much potential it is insane! The 7th grader was playing up two levels in the 15u division and she did some solid things down low. She stands at 5’10, which is really good considering her age. She also has some of the best low post footwork I’ve ever seen period, regardless of age. She has an array of low post moves that allow her to throw her defender off.
