Kierra Jennings – Once upon of time, I saw Kierra Jenning hit one of the most memorable buzzer beaters in MHSAA history but that isn’t the topic of today. Jennings put on a show, hitting 6 triples in one game for her 1 nation 17u squad. It was a fluid shot and consistent for the whole weekend. When Jennings is locked in, she is a very lethal shooter.
Kaley Douglass – Kaylee Douglass picked up where she left off last year during the travel season, being a knock down shooter. One game she drained 6 triples and she got the triples in different ways, off the dribble and spotting up. Douglass might be an early favorite for best shooter in the 2022 class.
Allysa Leister – Leister opened the tournament with a strong shooting performance on Friday and never looked back. Leister is a 2021 guard for the Michigan Mystics that possesses a silky smooth shooting stroke. All weekend when I saw her play she was hitting shots and it looked fairly easy for her.
