The East team jumped out of the gate on the West with a score of of 8-0, then the East scored their first bucket on a three pointer from about 23 feet. At the beginning of the game you would look at both team and say,”Man the East team is going to get slaughtered”, but that was not the case, because the East team had guard who could run and shoot the ball at a high clip. Those traits in guards right there is why the East led most of the game and almost won the game in the last three minutes, due to great performances from the starters. The West, calmly banged the ball down low on the East, because the mismatch was in the paint and the West had dominated there all game. Both teams gave it their all and the game was quite exciting for all of the players and fans, so you would have to say it was a successful event and we as a staff enjoyed ourselves.
Top Performers for the game were as followed:
Final Score of the game: West 76, East 69
