- Rhylea Johnson 6’1 4/5 Ofallon High. Rhylea has excellent footwork in the post. She is a capable scorer in the post and in the mid range. She will have an excellent opportunity to contribute off the bench for a strong Ofallon team this year. Rhylea will need to add strength to her frame and continue to develop her game to reach her potential. The upside is high for Rhylea with her height and offensive skills already drawing attention.
- Abby Williams 5’9 2/3 Alton Marquette/ Ball Hogg Academy. Abby has earned a reputation as a strong defender and rebounder. This spring/summer she is showing the improved offensive game that everyone is looking for. Her outside shot has shown more consistency and she is finishing around the rim. Abby is most likely a NAIA/D3/Juco player that will compete hard and do the dirty work.
- Elle Evans 6′ 2/3 Edwardsville/ Blue Star Silvey. Elle has a very projectable size for the wing position at the D1 level. She has an excellent shot from the 3 and shows a great understanding of the game. During the summer she was able to come away with the top defensive player award at the Eastern Illinois Elite camp. Elle needs to get stronger and faster to play at a high level, but should definitely be on the radar for lower level D1 schools.
- Maura Niemeier 5’7 1/2 Civic Memorial/SI Hawks Elite. Maura has really been improving her offensive game going into her sophomore year. She has high level athletic talent with her quickness and straight line speed. Maura brought home a medal in the triple jump from the 3A state track meet. Defensively she is great already, but she will go as far as her ball handling and offensive ability will take her.
- Emma Garner 5’10 2/3 Edwardsville. Emma has a nice outside shot and really showed it during the June session with her high school team. She has the ability to score and defend for the Lady Tigers off the bench this year. Emma has the potential to play at the college level and with her height for her position she could be a D2 player. She will be taught the right way to play the game at Edwardsville, but must maximize her strength and quickness.
