They earned the 2-2 record with intensity and determination stamped all over it. Their offense centers upon attacking the rim, and their ball skills measure up to the high energies required.
Ashton Kinnebrew is a 2021 5’11 (Bismarck Century) who just SCORES! She has pull-up’s, floaters, and mid-air antics to finish. She is bouncy and athletic and runs the floor very well. A complete player who impresses in all phases.
Lindsey Hein is a 2021 6’4+” center from Forsyth, MT – yeah, MONTANA. 750-miles to Bloomington. She has great hands, runs the floor well, and she rebounds out of her area! With a very driven attitude and has a huge upside, Lindsey has been offered and is being looked at by several Division I programs.
Logan Nissley 2023 5‘10“ (Bismarck Century) finishes strong through contact, sees the floor, and defends. A very talented player in her class, Logan already has drawn interest from high major programs out of this region. Sydney Gustavsson 2022 5’7 (Mandan) is both quick and physical. She gets to the rim and to the FT line because of it. She has perimeter confidence and drains the net when left alone.
Piper Harris 2022 5’5” (Mandan) sees the floor well and pushes the transition game immediately. She might compete harder then anyone on the floor. Ashley Holan 2021 5’11” (Watford City) posts up with quick feet, and athletic with length. She shows aggression, great hands, and disrupts many passes/boards, beyond the stat sheet totals.
Bergan Kinnebrew 2023 5’9” (Bismarck Century) shows anticipation, with length, handles and good athleticism. Nice upside potential as she develops with older talents around her. Taylor Fay 2021 6’0″ (Fargo) with strong finishes around the rim and many an offensive rebound with continual movement.
A season-ending trip to Meltdown in late July will document team growth and individual improvements. Collegiate talents are on display with these Drillers
