Trainers Nate Bowie and Allan Brown brought in prospects from different parts of Washington and Oregon to put the girls through intensive drills and competitive situations.
We caught up with lead trainer Nate Bowie to discuss the combine and some of the top performers:
2020 Shayla Slossar, David Douglas HS (OR) – The All-league performer from this past high school season had a strong showing in the camp and took home the 1 on 1 championship. She has a good mixture of strength and aggression, making her a tough matchup.
2022 Mya Groce, Pasco HS (WA) – Mya made her case for being one of the top young guards in Washington with her all around scoring ability. She will be on the radar of college coaches moving forward.
2022 Kaeley Schultz, Rainier HS (WA) – One of the best under the radar talents in Washington at this moment. The skilled lefty has a smooth game, but she is aggressive and competitive at the same time.
2022 Charlotte Richman, Wilson HS (OR) – Probably one of the most groomed players at the combine. She breezed through the dribbling drills, euro step finishes, etc. She is a high level point guard with solid potential.
2021 Malyah Bolden, South Salem HS (OR) – Proven scorer that showed she can get her shot off against mostly any opponent.
2025 Jaryah McGriff, Monroe MS (OR) – Showed why she was one of the top performers in the Jr. NBA event. Jaryah has a tall frame with lots of potential as an inside-out threat down the road.
2024 Teagan Colvin, Liberty HS (WA) – This rising 8th grader is highly skilled player that really understands the game on both sides of the ball. She performed best in the 2 on 2 setting where she could show her passing ability. She is definitely a player to watch moving forward.
