Here are 7 of the top performers from the HYPE Lady Hoopers at TFN’s Run 4 The Roses:
DASIA CROFT (2020):
Croft was a force to be reckoned with at Run 4 The Roses. She was excellent in transition, taking the ball coast to coast. Croft was able to dominate in the paint. On several occasions she showed the range on her jumper. She stepped out beyond the 3 point line and delivered.
ALICIA ORTIZ (2020):
Ortiz displayed a diverse offensive skill set. She showed the ability to score from all over the court. Ortiz was a strong finisher with both hands.
ENDEIA REPRESS (2021):
Repress was impressive last weekend. She’s a smart player that makes high percentage plays.
CARLISSA TAYLOR (2021):
Taylor is smooth and athletic. She has good hip movement which allows for some of her shiftiness.
AISA COCHRAN (2022, CG):
Cochran is an athletic and strong guard that can play on and off the ball. She was excellent on both ends of the floor, showing her defensive prowess on the perimeter.
MYA HOOPER (2022, G):
Hooper has the potential to be one of the top guards in the state of Michigan. Her team was shorthanded and she stepped up her game. Hooper showed that she is a true leader at Run 4 The Roses.
SHAMYA REID (2023, PG):
Reid is aggressive off the dribble. She puts her body on the line when attacking the rim. Reid is basically a female version of Russell Westbrook. She made big time plays for her team and looked like the definition of a true point guard.
