Continue ReadingWith the July live period and AAU in general winding down, it’s time for another recruiting update. Offers have been going out to young ladies from all over Kentucky and we’ve even had a commitment this week. Here are the latest scholarship offers:
Lexi Taylor of Bullitt East has gotten two offers this week. They came from Thomas More and IU-Southeast. Lexi is going to be a contender to be the Miss Basketball finalist from the 6th region.
Assumption’s Maddie Nalley recently picked up an offer from Georgetown College along with an offer from IU-Southeast. Look for Nalley to be a key cog for Assumption as they try to get to Rupp in March.
Another big piece to the Assumption puzzle this year is Payton Cronen. Cronen is up to 3 offers as Georgetown College, Pikeville and Newberry College have all offered the Senior guard this month.
Natalee Tabor has been a bright spot all summer for he AAU team and she recently picked up offers from Salem International and Kentucky Christian. Tabor will be a difference maker for Breckinridge County.
Macey Blevins from Wayne County has had a productive summer. She has recently added offers from Marshall and Indiana State while playing with Kentucky Premier.
Taziah Jenks of Mercy continues to be a hot name with coaches. UC-Santa Barbara offered last week as offers continue to stack up for the versatile forward from Louisville.
Maddie Drummonds has been the recipient of a few offers this summer. The latest came from Texas A&M International. They join Campbellsville and Southern Connecticut State on her offer list.
Finally, Barren County Senior Elizabeth Bertram announced her commitment to Campbellsville on Tuesday. Bertram averaged just shy of 14 points per game as a Junior and will be one of the best players in the 4th region this season.
