Over 500 college and university are traveling across the country in order to find and recruit some of the best talent. Prep Girls Hoops Oklahoma travels where the Oklahoma players are to help facilitate exposure and recruiting for all girl basketball players in the state of Oklahoma. During the first live period, Prep Girls Hoops Oklahoma spent time in Texas at #Super64 hosted by Premier Basketball Tournaments. Here are some updates from performances in the morning of the live period.
OK Federal Ballerz Gold Come Back
For a large part of the beginning of the game, the Ballerz were down within 7 majority of the clock minutes. Playing a talented Lady Flames Elite from Louisiana, the game cane own to the wire. Ballerz GOLD eventually gained the lead for positions between the two teams to be reversed. The Federal Ballerz ended up sealing the deal by getting stops at the end to finish the game off due to making free throws. You can check out their roster by clicking HERE.
Standouts
#14, Mikayla Parks, 2022, 5’8, Shooting Guard, Norman HS, Team Lex Gold
Parks came into the game ready and hot to contribute to her team. Her first shot was created by a nice double move into a step back at the free throw line for an easy jumper. Mikayla then hit basket off of a 3-pointer off of the dish. She continued stay efficient for the remainder of the game to help in the team 20 point win.
#21, Boston Berry, 2023, 5’5, Guard, Jones, OK, Unity
The times her team seemed to be in chaos, she brought control to the team whenever she had the ball in her hands. Always making the correct basketball play in the game to facilitate proper movement on the floor and to add is one of the best finishers on team, all from an 8thgrader.
#7, Ashlyn Evans-Thompson, 2022, 5’8, Guard, El Reno HS, OK Swish
Stayed consistent with her game from start to finish. Amazing passing mechanics coupled with great court vision that allows to facilitate to her teammates so well. In addition, she always plays majority of regulation and never looks tired throughout the game.
