Top Guard/Wing Slashers:
MACKENZIE VEST – 5’8″ – COMBO GUARD – MD TEAM LIBERTY – 2020
MacKenzie VestMacKenzie overall had a great week. She was a terror on defense and was able to get to the basket with one or two dribbles. In transition she was able to take the ball the length of the court through traffic for the finish.
KENDALL DUDLEY – 6’0″ – WING – MD BELLES 15 – 2024
Kendall DudleyKendall drew a lot of college coaches to her court as a 2024. She is the most sought after player for high schools and already has a lot of high major college coaches interested in her. She did not disappoint playing up three age groups she was one of the most dominant players on the floor leading her team to a 4-0 record.
MEGAN BAXTER – 5’4″ – GUARD – MATRIX 16 – 2021
Megan did well getting to the basket then using a variety of moves and fakes to get her shot off against taller post help. She was good at getting the defender to leave her feet and then slipping by for the finish.
CHETANNA NWEKE – 6’0″ – WING – GERMANTOWN LADY PANTHERS 17 – 2020
Chetanna was good at getting the ball and taking off to the basket. Many times she is half way to the rim before the defender gets into her defensive stance. She has good elevation at the rim.
KRISTINA TA – 5’5″ – GUARD – VIRGINIA CTAB 16 – 2022
Kristina showed great quickness and was good at jumping the passing lanes for steals where she can push the ball for the finish. Her time was cut short with an ankle injury but, she showed that she was capable to use her speed getting to the basket before she left.
AHNA THOMAS – 5’9″ – WING – MD LADY FINEST 16 – 2021
Ahna can get to the basket and finish in transition and in half court sets. Once she tightens up her jump shot she will be a handful for defenders as they will not being able to sag off her.
