.) St. Frances vs Roland Park – In a rematch of last years conference championship game, the Panthers look to take these two games as they have lost the past three regular season games against the Reds. It is a matchup of Seniors in Angel Reese versus Mir Mclean. And a potential preview of the conference championship game in February.

.) St. Vincent Pallotti vs St. John Catholic Prep – A lot of storylines going on these two games. Former Boys Basketball Assistant Coach Maddie McConnell is at the helm for the Vikings and brought along two Pallotti transfers to her squad. Pallotti swept the series last year and looks to Jania Hall to guide the Panthers to the title. There will be a lot of emotions when the Vikings come to Laurel for this matchup.
.) St. Frances vs Mcdonogh – Mcdonogh was a regular in the conference championship until Roland Park went on the rise. Eagles Head Coach Brad Rees needs to find a way to overcome the Panthers as they have lost nine out the last ten matchups against them. St. Frances Head Coach Jerome Shelton will need all hands on deck to continue rolling in the conference.
.) Institute of Notre Dame vs St. Vincent Pallotti – IND’s new Athletic Director Frederica Newman comes from Pallotti as a Girls Lacrosse Assistant Coach there. Last year the Penguins fell short in all three matches against the Panthers. Frederica is really hoping this upcoming season the Penguins and Senior Aniyah Russell can snag one of these matchups from her former school. The Panthers need this sweep to stay in the top half of the conference to have a shot at making a title game appearance.
.) John Carroll vs Archbishop Spalding – Both teams finished in the bottom of the conference last season. They split the series last year and both ended up as tightly contested matchups. Spalding Head Coach Maggie Morrison will look to snag two conference wins among others to slide into sixth in the conference standings to avoid playing St. Frances or Roland Park.
