Malea Williams, Scott County – One of the more versatile players in the state, Malea is a unique prospect at 6’4 with the ability to score the ball inside and out. Losing Maaliya Owens is going to put Williams in the position to be the go to player for the Lady Cardinals this season.
Charlee Settle, Calloway County – Committed to Murray State since the spring, Settle is probably the single most valuable player to their team in the first region. Charlee held her own this summer against a big and physical front line for the Indiana Junior All Star team.
Regi Cundiff, Southwestern – Regi was the lynch pin of a state championship Runner-Up season for Southwestern as a Junior and is the top returning player in the 12th region this season. She is committed to Lindsey Wilson.
Kristen Clemons, Sacred Heart – Clemons college future lies on the volleyball court at Belmont but she’s a unique player in the 7th region and can be a big difference maker for Sacred Heart. Kristen is a good shot blocker and can finish around the rim.
Hannah McKay, Owensboro Catholic – Another top post player already committed to Murray State, McKay has her eyes set on leading the Lady Aces to Rupp Arena one more time before she graduates. Her averages of 14 points and 7 rebounds per game should increase in her Senior year.
Other Names to Know:
Maddie Nalley, Assumption – Nalley recently committed to Campbellsville and will be an X factor for a very good Assumption team.
Sydney Clark, Elizabethtown – After nearly averaging a double-double as a Junior, the underrated Clark should be a double-double machine in her Senior year.
Maddie Drummonds, Conner – One of the big stock risers this summer, Maddie will join Nalley at Campbellsville.
Delaney Enlow, Woodford County – She committed to play softball at Louisiana but she’s formidable on the court too.
Trinity Shearer, Lincoln County – Lincoln graduated a ton but Trinity is ready to step up into a bigger role as a Senior.
