I personally alway enjoy to watch others who play hard as well as play use their IQ to execute within the game. I am large with the techniques and methodology that players use in order to successful perform their actions. Each of the players mentioned standout for the Class of 2021, check below to see featured girls!
Alexis Borgstadt, Verdigris
C/O 2021, 5’8, Guard/Forward
Work horse for everything involved in a basketball play. Great at rebounding the ball to get the push for a transition play. Good ball handling skills as well as finishes great around the basket with proper hands. On defense, has great hands on the ball to snag and steal the ball or even get touches to disrupt the opponents offensive movement. Great basketball IQ on defense to pick the ball or go straight up to avoid the foul.
Jordan Gann, Seqouyah HS
C/O 2021, 5’9, Forward/Post
Undersized Forward player but has a game that she excels for herself due to her IQ of the game. I was impressed with her ability to finish shots and make decisions so efficiently over significantly larger opponents by height. Her IQ is easily seen due to the moves she executes and finishes with both hands. Strong and physical on both ends of the floor.
Rachell Barry, Hydro-Eakly HS
C/O 2021, 5’9, Forward
High IQ player that analyze defense to make decisions due to good fundamentals. Easily seen through her tendency to catch in triple threat and then make a decision. A few moves added with the ability to finish with both hands, makes her a threat with the ball win her hands. Solid body frame, therefore is not the easiest to move.
