MARLEY SANDERS – GERTSALL ACADEMY – LADY THRILL
Marley SaundersMarley has the size to come in and compete physically at the next level. At 5’8″ she has good defensive play on both the perimeter and in the paint. She is expected to break into the starting lineup this season at Gertsall Academy.
ALANA TATE – CLARKSBURG – 1 ON NONE
Alana TateAlana has the ability to make herself thin and slice the lane through defenders. She has been one of the top middle school players for the past couple of years and she will play huge role for Clarksburg who will be amongst the to teams in Montgomery County and challenge for a Maryland State Title.
DABRIYIA CLARK – BALTIMORE POLY – TEAM TAKEOVER
Dabryia ClarkDabriya has a mature game for her age. She doesn’t waste dribbles and works well off the triple threat. She is a good finished with the control to finish after contact. Poly is already one of the toughest teams in the Baltimore area and adding her will make them even deeper.
AMANI WATTS – OLD MILL – MARYLAND LADY TIGERS
Amani has a nice assortment of moves in the post. She uses her big body well to create space and secure rebounds. Old Mill had quite a few graduates in the past couple of years so she should get the opportunity to shine for the Patriots.
TAYLOR ADDISON – CITY – MARYLAND LADY TIGERS
Taylor is fast with the ball. She will find that high school players may be able to match her speed, her vision and willingness to share the ball will prove valuable.
LAILA REYNOLDS – RIVERDALE BAPTIST SCHOOL – LADY PRIME
Laila ReynoldsLaila will be thrusted on the big stage early. RBS will play a national schedule and over 40 games this season. She will gain a lot of experience with a staff that’s familiar with her talent. The Crusaders have a lot of firepower already but, Laila’s skill level will command her time on the floor this season.
