Brooklynn Miles, Franklin County – Our top ranked player in the entire class, Miles is an electric player with the ball in her hands and a great defender. A big time recruit, the sky is the limit for Brooklynn.
Hayley Caudill, Hazard – A high IQ floor general who can create offense for herself or her teammates, Caudill is a top 10 player in the class and on the radar for multiple D1 colleges. If Hazard is going to have a big season, Hayley will help to carry them.
Alexa Smiddy, Southwestern – One of the more underrated guards in the class, Alexa was unranked last time and could be top ten in the next update. She’s the engine that makes Southwestern go and will look to get them back to Rupp Arena in March.
Kelci Blair, Johnson Central – After averaging 10 points and 4 rebounds per game in her Sophomore season, Blair will look to raise her averages and her recruiting profile among college coaches in her Junior season.
Haylee Neely, Walton-Verona – As a Sophomore, Neely averaged 8 points per game and should be one of, if not the best point guard in the region. Her Walton-Verona team should be very dangerous this season.
Other Names to Know:
Kayra Freeman, Elizabethtown – After missing her Sophomore year after a transfer from John Hardin, Freeman should have instant impact this winter.
Abby Adkins, Elliott County – If you prefer a scoring point guard, Abby is the gal for you. After averaging 16 points per game as a Sophomore, Adkins should be above 20 points per contest this year.
Morgan Flanagan, St. Henry – A heady floor general, Flanagan is often overlooked when discussing the best players in Northern Kentucky.
