Attention coaches: Lauren Jensen is going to be in the gym next Saturday at the Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo, and it can be difficult at times to take your eyes off a player of that caliber. We’re thrilled to have Lauren participate, of course, but unfortunately for you the Lakeville North senior has already committed to Iowa. Luckily there will be other fish to fry at Burnsville High School. What 2020 prospects should you be watching? Here are 5 seniors to see.

Players are listed in the order of their Prep Girls Hoops Class of 2020 ranking. As of this writing none has announced a college commitment that we are aware of.

Sam Sibbett (#28), 5’7 point guard, St. Anthony Village (Heat Hinck) – Sibbett is a small but dynamic point guard with great handles, a pass-first floor general who can also shoot it. She moves the ball well against pressure defenses and is extremely difficult to stop one-on-one. Her ability to control the tempo of the game is very good and she makes everyone around her better. Sibbet’s defending is much-improved. In our opinion Sam is one of the top three true point guards still available.
