Well that’s not all it means because it also means if I ever wrote about you, you did something to impress me and you have to potential to play at the next level and my first ten were actually #D1Locks, but there are plenty of others that will play at the next level somewhere. I’m updating the list, will probably have around 40 plus when the new WATCH LIST comes out. Everyone looks at talent differently so here we go
Loghan JohnsonLoghan Johnson- explosive off the dribble, shoots the mid to long range jumper and defends but more importantly she can do two things, take over a game or get hers in the flow and she is becoming a highlight waiting to happen with here hanging in the air defying gravity for and one attempts. She’s not just an offensive machine, she brings heat on defense as well
Aarianna Masters-I’m just amazed at the jump she made in July at Summer Elite Championship to the TSU Team Camp last month to this event. She wants it and she brings IT, scoring at will off the dribble, a defensive nightmare as she loves applying pressure baseline to baseline and when you dive into stands at camps, oh my. Her upside is unlimited and you can’t teach heart
Aysia ProctorAysia Proctor– the first time I saw her she was coming off of an ankle sprain and had I not been told, I would have never known as she elevated on her jumper over and over. That was two years ago and her stroke is smooth and consistent, she can take defenders off of the dribble and she plays the passing lane nicely and with her speed that’s usually a lay-up going the other way
Pace Rickard– first GOOD look at her and what can I say. She understands the game and sometimes toys with defenders as she creates her shot which consists of a deadly midrange and a consistent long range jumper. She also can take defenders off the dribble, finishes strong and if I’m not mistaken I saw some change of direction moves in the open court that set some things up
Kahlayn Barnes-saw her at TSU Camp and when you’re going full speed and change hands for right to left effortlessly, I already know but I also know that she does much more and it was on display. Scores in traffic and fills up stat sheet but her upside , aggressive defense and just her attitude and I love kids with swag that can actually play and by that I mean nothing phases her, she keeps coming at you
