Bailee Smith – Shown Above, Photo Credit; Zanesville Times Record (Maysville) – The Youngstown State commit is impressive with the ball in her hands. She is a dead-eye shooter from the perimeter, who also finishes with a nifty variety of floaters, Euro-steps and Rondos are the rim. There are few guards in Ohio who are better passers than Bailee – she has the strength and vision to cause nightmares for opposing defenses.
Bella Kline (Berne Union) – Kline is a 2-time All-Ohio selection at Berne Union, where she has already set the single game scoring record. The long and lanky guard does everything on the floor – from scoring at will – to grabbing double-digit rebounds and handing out a handful of assists. Bella also shoots a high percentage from 3-point land.
Grace Mills (Garrettsville Garfield) – Grace Mills is a dynamic 2-guard with the skillset to score all over the floor. Another 2-time All-Ohioan, Mills is on pace to score +1700 points during her time at Garfield. Grace uses her athleticism to pull-up and shoot over most defenders. She is especially deadly in the mid-range game, with great form and a nice touch do go with it.
Olivia Payne (Green) – As the Alicia Manning era begins at Green, Olivia Payne is a great centerpiece to build around. The off-guard is one of the best perimeter defends in Northeast Ohio. Payne also added a double-digit scoring average last year in the brutal confines of the Federal League. Olivia can finish with both hands around the rim and is constantly putting pressure on defenses as an attacker.
Cory Santoro (Bellevue) – Cory has played on some outstanding teams at Bellevue, where she lights up the scoreboard from the perimeter. Santoro has a smooth stroke – shooting well from all over the floor. She is also a good playmaker, who has no problem finding her teammates for open shots. A willing defender, Santoro creates turnovers and is also dynamic in transition.
