Workouts, practices, open gyms, and classwork take up a ton of the girls’ time which is key to being able to play at the next level. With all of the work that is being put in comes the college offers during this busy part of the year. Here are some of the latest offers to our hoopers in Florida:
Jasmyne Roberts (’21) of Bishop Kenny has received a ton of recent offers from Virginia Tech, Seton Hall, Temple, UNC Wilmington and many other offers/interest from other schools. It’s no surprise why she is considered a top five 2021 player in the state.
Mesi Triplett (’21) of West Oaks Academy has a solid last five offers from UNC Asheville, Arkansas Little-Rock, Bethune-Cookman, College of Charleston, and Georgia St. This 6’3 gal is gaining some serious momentum going into her junior season. Her stock is on the rise!
Jay’lin Hastings (’20) of DeLand has some recent offers from Bethune-Cookman, East Tennessee State University, and UNC Greensboro to go along with some previous offers from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Jacksonville University. I expect her to have a big senior year with more offers to come her way.
Nyla Harris (’22) of The First Academy has a SLEW of offers from some huge programs with Indiana and NC State being the most recent. Those two are impressive to go along with offers from LSU, Texas, West Virginia, Kentucky, Louisville, Georigia Tech, Alabama, Virginia Tech, Florida, Miami, Florida State, South Carolina, Delaware as well as others. She might just get an offer from every Power 5 program in the nation at this pace.
Skylar Baltezegar (’21) of Middleburg picked up two offers from Bethune-Cookman and Charleston Southern. She is one of our summer stock risers who is going to continue getting offers with the strides she has been making in her game.
Savannah Lang (’20) of Cape Coral received an offer from College of Central Florida. She is a lot of fun to watch as she does a little bit of everything on both ends of the court. Savannah will be on more college’s lists as the season progresses.
Maliyah Perry (’20) of Carrollwood Day picked up her first offer from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She might be under the radar for now, but she’s a quick combo guard that can shoot the lights out and those offers are well on their way.
Kendall Deal (’20) of Everglades also earned an offer from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is a solid scorer and rebounder who has impressed this summer and will look to stand out in her senior campaign.
Emma Risch (’23) of Florida Prep has received a recent offer from Southern Miss to go with her offers she already has from Miami and Clemson. She is one of the best, if not the best, players in Florida’s 2023 class with a bunch of interest from major programs to come.
Kailyn Gilbert (’22) of Tampa Prep picked up an offer from Villanova. She’s another huge prospect in Florida that will continue getting offers as she is still young and a top 5 talent in her class.
Nasia Powell (’21) of Vanguard got a recent offer from UNC Greensboro. This girl can really score the ball and more offers will come streaming in shortly.
