There’s plenty of talent to watch in a district where anything can happen, displayed by the WT Woodson Cavaliers, who almost won the district despite finishing just three games above .500 last season. I’m excited to watch these teams duel it out, and expecting these players have stellar seasons:

Bella Edwards (Robinson, 2020)

Coming off of a junior season in which she was named second team all-region, Edwards is poised to have a great last season for the Rams. She scored in double figures thirteen times last season, including two performances of 26 and 27 points. Expect her to be a key factor in any success the Rams have this season as they look to get to the top of the district.

Lexi White (West Springfield, 2021)

This second team all-region PG did a little bit of everything for the Spartans last season. Her great instincts and court awareness make her one of the most solid players on the floor at any time, and her length gives her opponents extra trouble on offense.
