Kade Hackerott, 5’11” F, Goddard High School #9 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops Rankings. She has committed to the University of Central Missouri to play basketball. Hackerott fills up the stat sheet every time she steps on the floor, she’s a double-double just waiting to happen. Kade has some nice range on her shot from behind the arc which helped her to average 15pts and 9 rebs per contest last season.
Ishante Suttington, 5’9″ CG, F.L. Schlagle High School #32 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops Rankings. Ishante has some good handles in tight spaces and she sees the floor well. She is capable of locking down opponents at the 1-3 positions and does so on another level. Suttington plays with energy and passion every time she steps on the floor. College Coaches should be putting Ishante on their radar this year if they haven’t already.
Katie Wagner, 5’11” F, Maize South High School #8 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops Rankings. She has committed to Fort Hays State University to play basketball. Wagner has a nice all-around game and she mixes up her inside-out game to keep defenders guessing. Katie is a good defender and she is a strong finisher with contact in tight spaces around the basket.
Molly Hartnett, 5’8″ G, St. Thomas Aquinas High School #14 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops Rankings. She has committed to Northwest Missouri State University to play basketball. Hartnett is a good catch-n-shoot shooter from behind the arc. She moves well without the ball as a good shooter should. Molly finishes well with either hand and is capable of heating up on the offensive end of the floor.
Maddie Garretson, 5’10” F, Blue Valley Southwest High School #73 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops Rankings. Garretson is an athletic rebounder who gets the dirty work done on both ends of the floor in the paint. Maddie really knows how to finish around the basket. Garretson has the fundamentals of the game down, this helps her game tremendously. Look for Maddie to be the anchor for her squad this season.
Mackenzie Shupe, 5’8″ G, Desoto High School #69 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops Rankings. Shupe is a very good 3pt shooter and a good passer. She uses her quick hands on the defensive end of the floor to get steals. Mackenzie can change the game once she gets locked in on both ends of the floor. Mackenzie will be getting some more offers once the season starts.
