Emilee Hope – 2020 – 5’5 PG – Henderson County (KY)
Every time I looked over at the court Hope was playing on, she was making a shot. She was lights out knocking down shots off the dribble and the catch. Her ability to knock down the three-ball is impressive and she does a great job of creating opportunities for herself to make shots.
Vanessa Shafford – 2021 – 5’9 SG – Linton Stockton
Shafford might have been the best scorer in the gym. Her ability to shoot the three-ball off the dribble was impressive. Shafford hit shots from so many different spots and did it all offensively. She has the potential to have a monster junior season.
Mckenzie Hudgen – 2021 – 5’8 SG – Mishawaka Marian
In the time I was able to see Hudgens she knocked down quite a few shots from deep. Her movement without the ball was rewarded with several catch and shoot opportunities, which she capitalized on. If Hudgens can keep improving her shooting off the dribble, she has a chance to become an elite three-level scorer.
Mackenzie Green – 2020 – 5’3 G – Union CIty
Green does a great job of getting her shot off quickly. Despite her size, Green finds ways to get open and knock down shots. She is good off the catch and has a nice touch. I would like to see her improve her shot selection at times. Green could be in line for a big senior season.
Tori Thompson – 2023- 5’8 SG – Lafayette Central Catholic
In the time I saw Thompson she was on a roll knocking down several threes in a row for her team. She excelled off of the catch and showed her IQ as she always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. Thompson’s touch is great for her age and she has the potential to become an elite shooter.
Karsyn Norman – 2023 – 5’5 PG – Bedford North Lawrence
Norman was on fire from deep. She knocked down a ton of threes from different areas on the floor. Her range seemed limitless at times and as a three-level scorer, it makes her a matchup nightmare for defenses. Norman showed us exactly why she is one of the best in her class.
Ellie Wilkerson – 2022 – SF 5’10 – Plainfield
Wilkerson’s ability to knock down the outside shot off the catch and create off the dribble stood out. She did a great job of using her length to get her shot off as well. Wilkerson’s talent and potential showed and she could be in for a big sophomore season.
Taylor Farris – 2023 – SF 5’9 – Northeastern
Farris was another young prospect who shot the ball well. She had several nice plays creating shots off the dribble. Her shot selection stood out to me and she moved very well without the ball. Farris has a great offensive IQ and shooting touch for her age. She has a ton of potential and a ton of time to keep improving.
