New Offers:
Bellarmine offered CAL Sophomore Jaya McClure. That’s Jaya’s first college scholarship offer. She looks primed for a big season.
Boyd County’s Bailey Rucker has been offered by Pikeville. Bailey is looking to have a big Junior season with a larger role for Boyd County this season. Gordon College has also offered Rucker.
Laci Reinhart of Dixie Heights has been a popular name with coaches lately. She was offered by Thomas More and IU Southeast last week.
Sophomore Alyssa Elswick of Shelby Valley was offered by Kentucky Christian last week.
8th grader Shaelyn Steele got her first scholarship offer last week. Marshall University was the first college to offer the guard from Russell.
Boyd County 8th grader Audrey Biggs was also offered by Marshall University. Biggs and Steele both play AAU for the West Virginia Thunder.
Russell Junior Kaeli Ross added an offer from Pikeville to go along with an earlier offer from Georgetown College.
Alice Lloyd offered Floyd Central’s Katie Moore. Moore should be among the top players in the 15th region this year.
Pikeville 8th grader Trinity Rowe was offered by Eastern Kentucky earlier this month. Rowe was previously offered by her hometown Pikeville.
Commitments:
Top 5 Junior Harley Paynter of Boyd County committed to Morehead State yesterday. Paynter chose Morehead over several other suitors and is our first 2021 to commit.
