Not only that, but the Senior class keeps adding scholarship offers before their seasons have even officially started yet. Here’s a look at all the latest recruiting news.
New Scholarship Offers:
University of the Rio Grande offered Katie Jo Moore of Floyd Central. Moore is a Junior for the Lady Jaguars and should be mentioned among the best players in Eastern Kentucky.
Anderson County’s Sophie Smith picked up not one, but two offers last week. Campbelllsville was the first school to offer her and then Georgetown College offered the guard later in the week.
Johnson Central’s Sammi Sites added an offer from Pikeville last week. Sites was a solid performer at the Elite 80 camp last weekend.
Abbagail Smith of Barbourville has a new offer from Midway to go along with her previous offer from hometown Union College.
Brooke Stevenson has a new offer to continue her career at Centre College in addition to a walk-on offer from Bellarmine University.
Simon Kenton’s Maggie Jones was offered by Lindsey Wilson. Her offer list continues to grow as the season draws near.
Union College offered Sydnie Hall of Union College. Hall was one of the top players at the Elite 80 event and has several scholarship offers as she starts her Senior season.
New Commitments:
Ludlow Senior Abigail Mahan announced her commitment to Thomas More last week. Mahan is one of the most underrated Seniors in northern Kentucky and should be a nice player at Thomas More.
Bullitt East’s Madison Thornton is headed to Kentucky Christian for her college basketball career. She made her decision to commit last week.
CAL Senior Mia Beam made her college choice. She’ll be headed to Cornell University for her college years. She’ll use basketball to get one of the finest educations in America.
