A.J. Ediger (2021, F/C, Hamilton)
Ediger has committed to Iowa, and Hawkeye fans will love her game. She’s a living and breathing double-double that can dominate a game in multiple ways. Ediger has great footwork on both ends. She’s extremely slippery in the paint. Defenders will think they’re in good position and next thing they know, they’re watching her score.
Damiya Hagemann Damiya Hagemann 5'8" | PG Detroit Edison | 2021 State #35 Nation MI (2021, PG, Detroit Edison)
Hagemann is one of the most exciting point guards in the midwest. She can explode to the rim off the dribble, and that’s just where it starts. Hagemann is so skilled with the ball that she has a lot of options. She can finish with creativity or deliver a showtime pass that puts a teammate in scoring position.
Emaia O’Brien (2021, PG, Chandler Park)
O’Brien is incredibly skilled on the perimeter. She is very versatile which makes her a tough matchup. O’Brien can play effectively off the ball or with it in her hands as a floor general. She can attack the rim off the dribble and also moves well without the ball which frees her up for open looks.
Ally VanTimmeren Ally VanTimmeren 6'2" | PF Jenison | 2021 State #87 Nation MI (2021, F, Jenison)
VanTimmeren makes herself great by being dedicated and focused in the gym when nobody is watching. She is constantly improving and fine tuning her craft. VanTimmeren battles and gains position in the paint. This especially helps her get put back buckets. VanTimmeren also has a nice mid range jumper.
Morasha Wiggins Morasha Wiggins 6'0" | SF Kalamazoo Central | 2021 State #42 Nation MI (2021, G/F, Kalamazoo Central)
Wiggins just gets the job done. Even if she has an off day, she’s still the most valuable player on the floor. Wiggins never takes a second off when she’s on the court. She’s very aggressive on both ends and has actually, through hard work and grinding, turned herself into an elite defender.
