I love brainstorming with a variety of ideas and think about the "what ifs" but I also love coming at you, meaning readers, with facts over nonsense because when I started doing this over a decade ago, there wasn't a lot of logic, it was plenty of political nonsense that was just there to grab someone's attention, well nothing has changed and with the explosion of social media, it's been expanded. I'm an evaluator of talent, no agenda whatsoever and I repeat that over and over because I usually use over 280 characters and sometimes you have to be repetitive to make a point,  sadly that doesn't even work at times but what does work, for me, is seeing progression and over the club season, I saw plenty of juniors who just took off.
