All 5 of these girls will have the chance to play at the Power 5 Level in College……
- Reychel Douglas – 6’0” – Guard – Millbrook High School – Athletic Guard/Wing that is very skilled, she will have an opportunity to play multiple positions on the court throughout her freshman year. Reychel is going to be a problem for defenders throughout her scholastic career, she has the ability to post up, catch & shoot or take people off the dribble at any time. College coaches are already getting in line…. Arkansas State & Old Dominion have jumped to the front of the line with offers so far….
- Samyha Suffren – 5’7” – Guard – Mallard Creek High School – Lightning quick Guard that is going to have an opportunity to play right away for a program that makes a deep run in the State 4A playoff every year. Suffren can play on the ball and run the offense or attack off the wing where she can line up her jump-shot from area code range. This past summer she put the whole state of North Carolina on notice by playing 16U on the AAU/Club circuit and putting a lot of defenders on skates…. Picked up a UNC-Charlotte offer this summer… More are on the way very soon…..
- Drew Alexander – 5’10” – Guard – Greensboro Day School – Skilled Wing player that can stretch the defense with her ability to knock it down from long range with consistency. Drew has added to her bag this summer with a tighter handle & defensive movement. Picked up an Illinois offer as an 8th Grader. This season will be a great platform for Drew to make a jump in the Nationals recruiting scene, I know she is ready to take advantage of it.
- Sydney Barker – 5’6” – Guard – Jordan High School – Athletic, highly skilled guard that will be able to help her team in many ways her freshman year. Joining a team that is very experienced and has 5 Seniors that play major roles, Sydney will be learning as well as leading on the court. Her handle will help to get the team into offensive sets, her outstanding shooting ability will score the basketball when needed and she can defend on the perimeter. Picked up Offers from UNC-Charlotte & UNC-Wilmington this summer, there are more to come…..
- Miya Giles-Jones – 5’11” – Guard – E.E. Smith High School – Strong, Athletic player that can score at all 3 levels, she is a mismatch because of her ability to score on the block, wing & from distance all at a high level. Elite perimeter defensive ability, can guard all 5 positions on the court. Power 5 programs are starting to take notice. Miya is coming to a team that lost their leading scorer and Power 5 player to Wake Forest, she may be able to help fill those items on the stat sheet. Her competitiveness is going to catch the eyes of every college coach that sees her play this year..
