Her are 10 examples of players from the class of 2020 that should be seen:
Kaylee Wendel (G/F, Howell)
Wendel is a smooth player that just looks comfortable on the floor. I really like watching her combination of height, ball skills, and shooting touch.
Madison Voelker (SF, Goodrich)
I believe that Voelker is primed for a huge senior season. She finds buckets and could put up big numbers.
Whitney Sollom (PF, Hartland)
The future Wolverine is truly a special player. Her ability to play inside-out and outside-in is a rarity at the high school level.
Gabi Saxman (PG, Schoolcraft)
Through hard work and determination, Saxman has become a premier point guard in Michigan. The Western Michigan University commit creates for herself and her teammates off the dribble.
Dani Salenbien (PG, Lenawee Christian)
For old school basketball fans, Salenbien is a must see senior. She is the definition of a floor general and is committed to Hillsdale.
Alicia Ortiz (SG, Dearborn Crestwood)
Ortiz is an underrated player. She has a nice looking jumper and has a knack for finding space getting looks at the bucket.
Gabby Elliott (SF, Detroit Edison)
The Clemson commit has to be on this list. She’s an elite prospect in the nation and a front runner for any player of the year honors. Elliott is doing nothing short of creating a legend in the state of Michigan.
Sophie Dziekan (C, Brighton)
Dziekan is one of the top post players in the state. If you like watching a player dominate the paint, she has to be on your list.
Brooklynne Bevier (PF, Jackson Northwest)
Don’t be surprised if Bevier has a stellar senior season. She could very easily average a double-double this year.
Imania Baker (C, Haslett)
Baker simply dominates under the rim. She’s one of the strongest players in any class and can clear the lane on a box out.
