Frigon has a great mid-range game and can shoot the ball above the strike around 40%. Frigon is tall and lanky, but she uses her length to defend the perimeter pretty well and can help out on the strong side when her teammates are beaten. She does not fill up the stat sheet, but she is a good defender and with good defense comes good offense.
Frigon is a Senior and has played 19 games in her career. She is the type of player that helps the starters out when they need a spark off the bench or they are playing dead. Frigon brings in a ton of energy and will adapt to who she is playing. If she is guarding someone who is quicker than her, she will not press her opponent, she will force her opponent to go in the direction where her teammates can help her out or she can use her length to alter shots. Frigon is 5/8 and really does not have much of a solid frame to help her against bigger players, but she plays with her heart and does not let other factors stop her from playing her game.
Frigon has been impressive on and off the court. She has a calming personality that is inspiring and uplifting. She does not get upset at what she can not control, she just goes back to the chalkboard and learns from it. Her teammates have nothing but admirable things to say about her and how she handles business on and off the court.
With her last season as a Panther, she knows that she wants her team to take to another level and she will do what is necessary to get them there.
