Past performers have included UConn’s Evina Westbrook, Stanford’s Haley Jones, Oregon’s Otiona Gildon and many more players that have gone on to play at the highest levels on down. This year’s group included nine players headed to a variety Division 1 conferences and they all had their different shining moments.
2020 5’11 PG Mary Kay Naro (Beaverton HS) – Mary Kay did what has become the norm for her and that is run the offense, facilitate to teammates and score when the opportunity presents itself. She had 15 points versus Central Valley, but most importantly, she is a winner and she helped her team to a 2-0 record at this year’s event. *Boise State signee
2020 6’1 F Sydney Erikstrup (Beaverton HS) – Sydney was a load to handle in both games, putting up 15 and 16 points versus two really solid GSL teams. She can score inside and out and crashed the boards time after time. *Arizona State signee
2020 6’2 F Laura Erikstrup (Beaverton HS) – She scored nine points in game one, but picked it up in game two pouring in 18 and dominating University inside. Laura has a strong frame, but she has more than enough skill at the same time. She definitely had dominant stretches. *San Diego signee
2020 5’9 PG Peyton Howard (Central Valley HS) – Peyton was impressive on both days all around. She commanded the ball, knew time and possession and made winning plays. She was a difficult matchup for Beaverton, scoring 18 points on day one. *Seattle U signee
2021 5’10 SG MJ Bruno (Central Valley HS) – MJ gave her usual energy this past weekend and did a lot of little things to keep her team competitive. She had some drives against Beaverton, finishing with 9 points and she led CV in scoring with 13 in their win over St. Ignatius. *Portland verbal / Feature image
2020 5’8 PG Rachel Harvey (St. Ignatius HS) – Despite being in early foul trouble and sitting nearly half the game, Rachel put up 14 points in the double OT loss to University. She had some really nice drives to the basket, displaying quickness and craftiness around the hoop. *CSUN signee
2020 5’9 PG Ellie Boni (University HS) – Completely dominant on day one! She put up 35 points and double digit rebounds versus St. Ignatius. Ellie scored nine in a big loss to Beaverton, but the Titans just looked completely gassed from their game the night before. Still, a good all around showing for Ellie Boni. *Colorado State signee
2020 5’10 SG Tyler McCliment-Call (University HS) – Tyler was very aggressive looking for her own shot on both days and she definitely put the ball in the hoop. With 31 on day one and 24 on day two, Tyler led the event in scoring for 2019, but her team will look to regroup after a 47-70 loss to Beaverton. *Portland signee
2020 5’9 SG Jacksen McCliment-Call (University HS) – Jacksen’s three point stroke looked good this event and she found herself with some really good looks from long range with so much of the defense focused on Tyler and Ellie. She made seven threes between the two games and showed why she is one of the better shooters in the state. *Portland signee
