Game 1: Chandler
Chandler has 4 really good prospects that I am intrigued by. Victoria Mason and Mykah Anderson are D1 caliber players and are both signed currently. Victoria Perez has been doing her thing at the point guard spot and looks like one of the best facilitators in the state. Mya Peat has been putting up some solid numbers and her game is really growing on me. Peat has great size, standing at 6’5. This squad definitely catches my attention!
Game 2: Hamilton/Perry
In the second time slot, I will be splitting time as Hamilton and Perry play at the same time. I am really excited to see Hamilton’s Amayah Reaves and Samara Curry. Both have a D1 offer and I could easily see them getting more in the near future. Perry is one of the deepest teams in the state and therefore they have a ton of prospects that I am looking at. In the backcourt, they have Taty Clayburne, Madison Conner, Nicole Smith, and Grace Oken. Clayburne and Conner are D1 talents while I believe Smith and Oken are D2-NAIA caliber players. In the front court, Perry has Gabrielle Schwartz and Shayla O’Neil. As of right now, I think both are D2 caliber players and would say O’Neil has a chance at going D1 if she develops a little bit more.
Game 3: Sabino/Valley Vista
Much like the game 2 slot, I will be splitting my time for the game 3 time slot as Sabino and Valley Vista play at the same time. Sabino has 4 players that I am really excited to see. Kiya Dorroh, Kam Rhodes, and Kam Doty are D1 caliber players and provide a lot for their squad. Kadie Healy also interests me due to her hustle plays and potential. It’s hard to evaluate what level she could play at since she’s only a sophomore, but as of right now I’d say the NAIA level would be a great fit for her. Valley Vista has a very deep team as well, much like Perry. Jennah Isai and Marisa Davis-Jones are their squads D1 talent. I also love the play of Saniyah Neverson and Olivia Arvallo has looked really solid, especially for a freshman.
