PGH Iowa Week 3 Player of the Week Voting

We are done with the third week of the season and that means Player of the Week voting! Each week we will be taking five of the top performers from the last week and letting you vote for the Player of the Week! The poll will be posted each Sunday and voting ends on Tuesday at midnight. Let’s meet the five candidates below.
Olivia Terrones | 2020 | East Marshall | 3 games, 42 points, 17 rebounds, 11 assists Terrones got her week started with a 16-point, 9-rebound performance in a 47-24 win over South Hardin on Tuesday. On Friday night, Terrones had 26 points in a 50-36 loss to Gladbrook-Reinbeck. On Saturday, in a 69-65 win over BGM, Terrones scored 40 points breaking the single-game record for East Marshall of points in a game. Kelsey Fields | 2021 | Creston | 2 games, 44 points, 32 rebounds, 8 steals Fields started her week with nine points, 16 rebounds, and six steals in a 51-46 win over St. Albert. She then exploded for 35 points and 16 rebounds the next day in a 80-76 loss to Atlantic. In two games she averaged 22 points a game and 16 rebounds per game. Maddie Paulsen | 2020 | Woodbury Central | 3 games, 76 points, 32 rebounds, 12 steals Paulsen had a tremendous week and had 17 points, 12 rebounds, and five steals in an opening week win over Lawton-Bronson. On Friday, she had 30 points and seven rebounds in a 71-49 win over Westwood. In this game, she went over 1,000 points for her career. On Saturday Paulsen had 29 points and 13 rebounds while adding in five steals. In three games Paulsen averaged 25 points and 11 rebounds a game for the week. Hannah Stuelke | 2022 | Cedar Rapids Washington | 2 games, 40 points, 31 rebounds, 9 assists Stuelke put together a complete game on Tuesday in a 53-52 loss to Linn-Mar as she had eight points, nine rebounds, and six assists. She followed that in a win against Cedar Rapids Jefferson as she had 32 points and 22 rebounds and broke the single-game rebounding record for Washington. She averaged 20 points and 15 rebounds for the week. Abbie Hlas | 2020 | ADM | 2 games, 53 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists Hlas had 30 points and six assists in the first game of her week on Friday night in a 76-41 win over Winterset. On Saturday afternoon she finished with 23 points, seven rebounds, and three steals in a loss at Gilbert. Hlas averaged over 26 points a game this past week.
