Kaeli Benedict, 5’4, PG, 2021, Pattonville
Benedict is a small guard who can make plays and use her speed and smaller stature to an advantage. She is quick on her feet and has good hands and is strong for her size. A smart guard who is averaging 7.3 points per game.
Kelsey Blakemore, 5’9, PG, 2021, Whitfield
A smart, primary ball handler who can create open looks for herself and others around her. She is creative with the ball and can avoid problem areas of the floor and shows good leadership for her age. She’s averaging 16.3 points per game and is shooting 56.5 percent from the field. She’s also shooting well from the free throw line, hitting 40-56 for 71 percent. Blakemore also averages four rebounds and two steals.
Addison Erusha, 5’6, PG, 2021, Cor Jesu
Erusha is a good option for Cor Jesu and the second leading scorer for them as well. She’s averaging 9.5 points per game. She’s also getting six rebounds, three steals and nearly three assists per game. Erusha has struggled with her shooting percentage but she’s kept her chin up and still puts up good numbers game after game.
Jasmin Rayner, 5’7, G, 2021, John Burroughs
Rayner is having a solid year for John Burroughs as she looks to contribute on both sides of the floor. She is a good team player and plays unselfishly and is good at making extra passes and she can score some for herself. Rayner is averaging 10 points per game and is currently third on her team in scoring.
Nariyah Simmons, 5’2, G, 2021, Hazelwood Central
A quick guard who brings good control and speed to the floor. She’s an energetic player and can handle the ball and get around the floor well. She has great vision for her size and likes to push the ball up the floor. Simmons is averaging nine points per game while shooting 50 percent inside the perimeter. She also averages three steals and one block per game. Simmons is also shooting a team-high 80 percent from the free throw line as she’s 16-20.
