Jillian Crawford, Fallston, 2022
Jillian was between steady and spectacular in her two games. She shot well from 3 point range and showed off a good handle. She played sound defense on and off the ball.
Chontel Curry, Fallston, 2020
Chontel was effective scoring the ball with slashes and runners and she knocked down a couple of perimeter shots as well. She made some nice hustle plays, giving her team extra possessions and points.
Mikiyah Mallett, Old Mill, 2020
Mikiyah took over the championship game, sparking an 18-0 run to close out a tough Maryvale team. Makiyah is a strong, physical guard that will crash the boards and score in a variety of ways. She’s not afraid of big shots so she often comes through in the clutch.
Jordan Harris, Mt. De Sales
Jordan single-handedly kept Mt. De Sales in their Saturday game. She rebounded, scored, defended and hustled all over the court. A lot of her contributions didn’t show up in the box score but she made her presence felt.
Amani Watts, Old Mill, 2023
The six foot freshman put up a 25 point, 15 rebound gem of a game on Saturday. The kid can play. I’m looking forward to seeing more of her this season.
Audrey Allan, Maryvale, 2022
This was my first time seeing Audrey and I was very impressed by her all around play. She shot lights out from 3 point range and showed great court awareness. She made some nice plays on defense and really showed a great feel for the game. Penciling Maryvale in for another game so I can see more of her.
