Ty’najah Mitchell – Tulsa East Central – G
Mitchell is a guard that is a solid defender and was the best shooter in the tournament. She is unfazed by defenders closing out on her and she does not need much room to get her shot off. Mitchell was also able to get to the basket and she is a good free-throw shooter.
Takyla Pitts – Union – G
Pitts is a guard that is a good finisher in transition and on-ball defender. She was able to finish countless fast-break layups and draw fouls while doing so. Pitts forces ball-handlers to pick up their dribble due to her tight defense and was able to force turnovers and jump balls.
Makenna Burch – Jenks – G
Burch is a guard that is a dynamic scorer. She gets to the basket with ease as she has a nice hesitation move and she is a great shooter. Burch made many three-pointers in the tournament and some of them were from at least a foot behind the three-point line.
Madison Roberts – Classen SAS – F
Roberts is a forward with good size and is a good finisher. She scores most of her points on dump-off passes from Jordan Harrison or off of her own offensive rebounds. She also showed off her range in the championship game as she made a three-pointer.
Trinity Jackson – Jenks – F
Jackson is a defensive forward that has great low post defense and is a good rebounder. She was usually the tallest player on the court for either team and used her size to box out opponents and bring down rebounds on both ends of the floor. Jackson was also a presence in the low post as she is strong and hard to back down.
