Kira Sides (2020) | Middle Township
Sides has been the best player all season long on the best team in the Cape-Atlantic League. Middletownship is ranked No. 1 behind Sides’ 18 points per game. She scored a season-high 27 points in a win over Cape May Tech to begin the week. This was followed with a 21 point performance against Buena.
Erika Porter (2020) | Notre Dame
Porter is one of the top seniors in the state who have not signed a letter of intent yet. She scored 34 points and added eight rebounds in a win over Robbinsville last week. She is scoring 16.8 points per game this season. In a tough loss to Rutgers Prep, Porter scored 18 points as she tried to keep her team in the game.
Molly Malague (2022) | Metuchen
Malague has been an elite scorer this season as a sophomore. She has finished in double-figures in every game this season for Metuchen. She scored a season-high 36 points in a win over Carteret to begin the week. She followed that game up with 19 points against Colonia and 18 points against Highland Park. She is averaging 19 points per game in her sophomore campaign.
Olivia Volpe (2021) | Pingry
Volpe missed some time early this season but she is back and playing at a high-level. She finished with 20 points, five rebounds, five assists, and seven steals in a win over Bernards. Pingry has won six straight games and Volpe has been the catalyst in every game.
Charlie Baldwin (2020) | Woodstown
Baldwin has been having a huge season on both sides of the ball this season. She dominated Overbrook with 26 points and 13 rebounds and followed it up with 22 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Penns Grove. Baldwin finished with the week by scoring 17 of Woodstown’s 39 points in a win over Millville. She is averaging a double-double with 16.2 points and 10 rebounds per game this season.
Destiny Battle (2021) | East Orange
Battle led East Orange to a close win over Montclair Immaculate with 21 points. In her next game against Bloomfield, Battle finished with 17 points, five rebounds, five assists, and six steals. Battle has been filling up the stat sheet all season long for East Orange.
Mia Robbins (2022) | Eastern
Robbins had a breakout game against Washington Township with 21 points and four rebounds. She has been a huge piece for Eastern this season and that will continue over the course of her sophomore season.
