No. 1 Booker T. Washington built upon its perfect record Tuesday night, defeating No. 10 Sand Springs 65-39. The players listed below were the three most outstanding prospects from the game.


Wyvette Mayberry 2020 Booker T. Washington combo guard

After receiving a nomination for the McDonald's All-America Game on Tuesday, Wyvette Mayberry showed up to perform against the Sandites. She led all scorers, getting to the rim seemingly effortlessly and beating defenders off of the dribble with her elite speed. Zipping and cutting through the Sandites' defense, Mayberry's elusiveness rivaled Barry Sanders, but the offensive side of the ball was not her only stage. Defensively, she picked opposing passes out of the air like a cornerback on several occasions, taking the ball and outlasting the players whose passes she just intercepted en route to a number of transition points.
