S. Sellers | Rockdale County | F/C | 2021 | 6’0
Sellers was the most impressive player in this game. She has great length and used her length to control the paint, protecting the rim and rebounding the basketball at a high rate. Rockdale County also ran some offense through her in the high post, as she showed the ability to catch in that area turn face and make good passes to open teammates, or put the ball on the floor and get all the way to the rim and finish with good touch.
Alana Moore | Rockdale County | F | 2021 | 5’8
Moore was the Swiss army knife, the most versatile player on the floor. She seemed to be able to play every position on the floor for the Lady Bulldogs. On defense she showed no problem dropping down to guard post players while also rebounding well, and on offense she was also diverse, able to fill point guard duties. She also showed the IQ to diversify her offensive reportoire by calling for the ball in the post against smaller defenders. She was a steady ball-handler and made some strong drives to the basket finishing, also was able to push the pace and find open teammates.
S. Parker | Rockdale County | G | 2020 | 5’0
Parker was a pesky, highly intense defender that brought a lot of energy and scrap for Rockdale County. She also showed a solid feel for the ame as she made timely basket cuts for layups in the half-court set.
Lia Edwards | Rockdale County | G/F | 2023 | 5’8
Edwards was very under control and showed advanced poise for a young player, was a steady guard for them handling the ball well and was agressive and engaged on defense.
