College Station had a taste of what’s to come Friday last season as they fell in their opening game in regionals to Manvel who then lost to Hightower who represented the region in the state tournament
Guess what,#9 Hightower is back and their BCS Big Three of Destini Lombard (LSU) Taelour Purvis (Houston) and Zaria Johnson (Virginia ) are raring to go out in style as seniors but that return trip might be a problem because they open up with #2 Cedar Park who just came off of a 62-40 win against Magnolia West. NEVER, but it’s a toss-up on who will actually represent This is definitely one of those situations where those who claim they were me were really clones because I wish I could be at the Campbell Center on Friday night but I’ll be at Merrell catching the 6A regionals but all you gotta do is win, win, win, no matter what, I’ll be there Saturday for the CHAMPIONSHIP
