Wisconsin Dells vs Lodi
Wisconsin Dells is entering the match-up with a 13-7 record. The team finished first in the South Central conference this season with an 8-1 record. Leading the team is Kayla Gray with 8.5 points per game. The 5’7 senior guard has stepped up big this season for Wisconsin Dells. Gray has developed into somewhat of a shooting guard this season and has a lot of confidence on the perimeter. In a win over Wisconsin Heights, Gray had 17 points. Audra Johnson, a 5’9 junior forward, is averaging 7.8 points per game.
Lodi is coming into the regional game with a 13-9 overall record. The team is coming off a one point loss to a tough Baraboo squad. Lodi finished second in the Capitol- North conference with a 7-3 record. Leading the team is Lauryn Milne. Milne is a 5’11 junior guard who is averaging 18.3 points per game this season. She also averages 5.6 rebounds per game. Milne is a quick transition guard who is super dynamic. At 5’11 she has so much size over her opponents and is able to attack the basket well. In a win over Richland Center, Milne had 31 points and was 60% from the floor. In a close loss at Sauk Prairie she dropped 23 points on 7-13 from the floor. Following behind her is Jaden Kolinski. She does it all for her team and has developed from a role player to a true scorer this season. She averages 16.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
University Lake vs Central Wisconsin Christian
An 18-4 record leading in the match-up. Winners of the Indian Trails- Blue conference, University lake went 12-1 this season. Leading the team in points and rebounding is Rachel Soley. She is averaging 12.7 points and 8 rebounds per game. The 5’10 senior is super athletic and has a lot of strength inside the paint. She is an offensive rebounding specialist for her team and has over 70 on the season.
Central Wisconsin Christian has a 12-10 record overall this season. The team came out fifth in the tough Trailways- East conference. The division five squad is averaging 40 points per game as a team. The team went 6-6 in conference play. Leading the team is Jolie Schouten who is averaging 13.1 points per game. She is a 5’6 junior guard who runs the point for her team. She is extremely quick and sees the floor well in transition. Working alongside Schouten is 5’6 freshman guard Kaitlyn Vander Werff who is leading the team in rebounding. She averages 9.4 rebounds per game.
Williams Bay vs Pardeeville
Williams Bay is coming into the match-up from the Trailways- South conference. Leading the team is Annika Pfeil with 6.8 points per game. The senior forward has been a significant player in her teams wins this season. She is also averaging 6.3 rebounds per game. In a win over Johnson Creek, Pfiel had a season-high 17 points and 11 rebounds. Shortly behind Pfiel is senior forward Taelyn Smith with 6.7 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
Pardeeville is coming into the match-up with an 11-11 overall record. Fourth in the Trailways- West conference is Pardeeville with a 7-7 record. The team is being led by senior guard Callie Brouette. She is averaging 10.5 points per game and hit her season-high 26 points in a close win against Rio. Brouette also averaged 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. Following close behind is Josie DeLapp who is averaging 7.8 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.
Milwaukee Golda Meir vs Lakeside Lutheran
Milwaukee Gold Meir is coming into the match-up with an overall record of 10-9. The team ended up placing fifth in the Milwaukee City- Blue conference. During their conference campaign they went 7-5. Leading the team is Amari Huffman. The 5’7 senior guard is averaging 11 points per game. In a win over Milwaukee Marshall, Huffman had a season-high 26 points and went 3-3 from beyond the arc. Following behind Huffman is London Bates who is averaging 8.8 points per game.
Lakeside Lutheran enters the game with a 12-10 overall record. Fourth in the Capital- North conference, Lakeside Lutheran went 5-5 in conference play. Leading the team is Mia Murray with 9 points and 5 rebounds per game. The 5’6 junior guard is quick and has crafty handles to the basket. In a win over Cambridge, Murray had her season-high 24 points and also hit 3 three- pointers in the win. Murray also had 15 points on two occasions this season. Following closely behind Murray is 5’10 senior forward Lauren Thiele. Thiele has been a key player this season and has been essential with her strength underneath. The four- year varsity standout is averaging 8.2 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.
